First, make sure the device is charged before you try to connect it to your tablet. Make sure the device has bluetooth turned on (usually there's a switch on the front of a keyboard, for instance). To add the device to the tablet, swipe from the right and go to Settings > Change PC Settings > Devices > Add a Device. You may have to hold down the blue "Fn" button and the "Esc" button at the same time for the tablet to recognize the device.
11. My tablet is screen is upside down and rotate back to the correct position. What can I do to fix it?
Try holding the tablet in the correct position (Windows button should be at the bottom of the tablet; power button should be at the top of the tablet) and pushing the auto-rotate button (at the top of the tablet beside the power button; turn auto-rotate off so the screen is locked). If that doesn't work, connect the tablet to the docking station (keep the auto-rotate off so the screen is locked) and restart the tablet.
12. I can't connect to the Internet from home and/or at school. Help!
Connect your tablet to its docking station. Turn on your tablet and/or restart it completely. If that doesn't work, open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings. Make sure that everything is unchecked. Click on "OK" twice and then close Internet Explorer completely. Open Internet Explorer (or Mozilla Firefox) again - it should be working now. If it isn't, please submit a work order.
